Projects Operation and Maintenance responsibilities are carried out by KEPPT Investment in Energy Enterprises and Management Co. LLC (a member of the Corporate Family), and it appointed local employees, gradually increasing their number on the project, covering various specializations and expertise.
The local employees received extensive on-the-job training and were then gradually assigned to their related positions under the supervision and approval of the LTSA company to carry out these tasks.
KEPPT Investment in Energy Enterprises and Management Co. LLC performs routine maintenance of all project facilities (Power Island plus Balance of Plant), supporting the scheduled maintenance of STGs by the LTSA company with the involvement of the Company’s local team employees.
KEPPT Investment in Energy Enterprises and Management Co. LLC also performs the HSE and Firefighting activities under the supervision of the LTSA company. They manage the plant, administration, accounting, and logistics services (individually or through professional companies), including security, catering, camp services, housekeeping management, and warehouses.
They signed an LTSA contract with internationally specialized energy companies for the purpose of Operation and Maintenance of the whole project, including the routine and scheduled maintenance, for a period of nine years.
The role and intervention of the LTSA company were focused on the scheduled maintenance, with two full-time operation advisors ensuring the safe operation of the plant.
